• Improve security: detect suspicious behavior (e.g., unauthorized copying, multiple devices).

Recruiter and candidate data is retained as long as necessary for service delivery or legal obligations.
Upon account closure, identifiable data will be retained for up to 24 months to allow completion of pending offers, handle delayed joining dates, and comply with contractual or legal obligations.
If an offer has a joining date beyond the subscription end, data may be retained until the joining date plus a buffer period.
After this retention period, personal identifiers (such as names, emails, and documents) will be deleted or anonymized.
Aggregated and anonymized analytics may be retained indefinitely.
To improve the accuracy of predictive insights and detect repeated misuse:
• We may retain pseudonymized identifiers (such as hashed email addresses, device/browser fingerprints, or unique IDs).
• These identifiers allow us to detect patterns such as repeated reneging on offers.
• Such data is never disclosed directly to recruiters but may influence the Likelihood to Join prediction score.
• Pseudonymized identifiers may be retained for up to five years, after which they are re-anonymized or deleted.

• Service providers (UploadThing, Resend, Stripe/Razorpay, Clerk, AI providers like Gemini/OpenAI).
• Regulators or authorities, if required by law.
• In case of a merger, acquisition, or restructuring.
