At EZoffer.ai, a service provided by Ambientic Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”), we strive to provide a seamless and reliable platform for secure offer letter delivery, candidate engagement, and recruiter insights. This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the circumstances under which payments may be refunded or cancelled.

1. Subscription Model

• EZoffer.ai operates on a subscription basis.

• Users (recruiters/clients) are billed according to the selected plan (e.g., Basic, Pro, ProMax, Enterprise).

• Subscriptions are automatically renewed unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.

2. Free Trials

• If a free trial is offered, you will not be charged until the trial period ends.

• You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid charges.

3. Refunds

No Refunds for Used Services: Once an offer has been sent or platform features have been used during the subscription period, payments are non-refundable.

Duplicate Charges: If you are accidentally charged twice, contact us and we will refund the duplicate transaction.

Failed Transactions: If a payment fails yet funds are deducted, we will coordinate with the gateway/bank to process a refund.

Special Circumstances: Refunds may be granted in exceptional cases at the Company's discretion (e.g., technical issues preventing service use).

4. Cancellations

• You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard or by contacting info@ambienticsolutions.com.

• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

• You'll retain access until the subscription expires.

5. Non-Refundable Items

• One-time setup fees (if any).

• Custom integrations, consulting, or professional services.

• Payments for partially used subscription periods.

6. Refund Process

• To request a refund, email info@ambienticsolutions.com with the transaction details.

• Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, subject to bank/gateway timelines.

7. Changes to Policy

We may revise this policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
