Welcome to EZoffer.ai, a service provided by Ambientic Solutions Pvt Ltd (“Company”, “we”, “our”, “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of EZoffer.ai, including all related websites, services, applications, and features (collectively, the “Platform”).
By accessing or using EZoffer.ai, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Platform.
“Recruiter/User/Client”: A company, recruiter, or HR professional using the Platform to send or manage offer letters.
“Candidate”: The individual receiving and interacting with offer letters through the Platform.
“Content”: Includes offer letters, messages, cultural notes, engagement material, or any files/data uploaded or generated on the Platform.
“Services”: All features of EZoffer.ai, including secure offer delivery, behavioral tracking, engagement tools, AI predictions, and dashboards.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use EZoffer.ai.
• If you are using the Platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
• Recruiters must register with official business email IDs.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and maintain it at all times.
EZoffer.ai provides:
• Secure, non-downloadable offer letter delivery.
• Candidate behavior tracking (scrolls, clicks, suspicious actions like copy/print attempts, etc.).
• AI-generated insights on likelihood-to-join.
• Engagement features (messages, reminders, toolkits).
• Recruiter dashboards, analytics, and reports.
We may add, modify, or discontinue features at our discretion.
• You agree not to misuse the Platform, including attempts to reverse-engineer, copy, or disrupt its services.
• You may not upload illegal, harmful, discriminatory, or unauthorized content.
• You must comply with applicable data protection, employment, and confidentiality laws.
• We collect and process recruiter and candidate data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Candidate behavior logs (scrolling, attempts to copy, etc.) are collected only for improving offer security and providing predictive insights.
• Offer letters are confidential between the recruiter and candidate. EZoffer.ai does not claim ownership over recruiter-uploaded documents.
• Use of the Platform may require a paid subscription.
• Fees, billing cycles, and available plans are detailed on our Pricing Page.
• Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services.
• All rights, title, and interest in EZoffer.ai, including technology, design, logos, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), remain with Ambientic Solutions Pvt Ltd.
• You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your internal business purposes only.
• You may not resell or sublicense the Platform without prior written permission.
• EZoffer.ai may generate email drafts, predictions, or cultural messages using artificial intelligence.
• These outputs are suggestions only and should not be solely relied upon for hiring decisions.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of AI-generated content.
• The Platform may integrate with third-party tools (e.g., UploadThing, Resend, Clerk, Stripe, Razorpay, Gemini AI, etc.).
• Your use of such integrations is subject to the third party's own terms and policies.
You may not:
• Use the Platform for unlawful purposes.
• Attempt to bypass security controls.
• Share unauthorized access links to candidates.
• Upload malicious code or files.
• Engage in behavior that damages our reputation.
• The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
• We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ambientic Solutions Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunities.
• Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ambientic Solutions Pvt Ltd from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
• Your use of the Platform.
• Your violation of these Terms.
• Any content you upload or share through the Platform.
• We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.
• Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ceases immediately.
• Certain provisions (confidentiality, payments, IP rights, disclaimers) survive termination.
We may update these Terms at any time by posting the revised version on the Platform. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the changes.
• These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
• Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.
